The fee structure of IGNOU is very nominal compared to other universities. You can definitely enroll for IGNOU distance MBA if budget is your main hindrance for pursuing the course. It will cost you around INR 37,800 and is required to be paid through demand draft. As stated in the university’s prospectus, please write your name, enrollment number, and address on the back of the bank draft to ensure proper credit of fees.
All the students including the reserved category are required to pay full fees at the time of admission. However, the reserved category i.e, SC/ST, physically handicapped students are entitled to a scholarship according to certain terms & conditions of the university.
Please note that the Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted in any other program of the university, as per university rules & regulations.

All in all, IGNOU is a central university recognized by UGC. A degree obtained from this institution is valid and accepted by various organizations. Typically colleges charge a nominal fee for this. Course hours are a bit tricky, it really depends on how the college formats their transcript.
Another way to do this, is to share the college contact details with the company, so that they shoot an email to them for verification too.
